tightfisted morons and a3h4s.

A Dell customer drops off his new and old systems to have the data "transferred".

I do what I do for the normal paying customers (the ones who actually BUY their new system from the shop I'm at).

Import mail, address book, bookmarks. Copy their "My Documents" folder. Clean out the temoprary folders on the old system and create a ZIP archive of it on the new system.

All for a flat rate.

And they expect me to make myself available to hand-hold them through the ZIP file? Puhleeze!
