I am *never* transferring that much data for $40 by kahuana 2007-10-05 15:42:51
*EVER* again.

Next time I have to do an OS reinstall under similar conditions it shall be put to the customer:

1) No data will be "rescued" prior to nuking and paving their HDD.
2) Buy a *new* hard drive for the OS re-install and their old POC setup stays on their old drive. I'll import mail, address book, and bookmarks but they get to find their data.
3) Take their business to someone who gives a s4.
