The nice officer tries to write you a ticket.

You tell him to F4 off and keep walking.

The nice officer tells you stop.

You flip him the bird and keep walking.

The nice officer goes to arrest you since you will not accept your ticket.

You resist arrest. Do I need to keep going?

And, BTW he does not have her arm twisted very far. If I had someone in an arm lock to facilitate cuffing, I usually had their arm pushed up near to their neck. He was actually quite nice about it.
