he has her arm bent so that her wrist is between her shoulder blades at one point it appeared to be near her neck... a very long way from comfortable... It also looked like she was favoring that arm from the start - could she have been in pain already? It seemed obvious to me that his commands were less about her and more about the appearance of restraint - the commands were for those watching the video to hear.
