The box is slightly larger than a CD in 2 dimensions, and about 16-17 inches long. Each CD is in a cardboard sleeve, so it's surprisingly compact. I anticipate putting mine in a compressed format on a few DVDs for easy transportation. Or maybe I'll finally break down and buy an iPod. A 160GB iPod could hold the entire thing in CD quality! :)
