the cost of lost productivity might be dwarfed by the potential risks. Not to mention, that the account is probably not created with the proper procedures (a guess, but an educated one, given hadji's statement in the TLP on what he expected about that account), and hadji's job probably includes hunting and disabling this kind of account..
