The U.S and other countries are healt to a higher standard and people "make excuses" for the poor underdeveloped countries that practice torture all the time because they are "poor widdle underdeveloped countries that don't know better"... You know what, that makes me mad! They DO know better but they chose to NOT do things differently because the international community and the U.N. chose to selectively enforce their standards of "torture" on the "developed" countries like the U.S, England, France etc. I wonder why they did not enfoce these standards in Bosnia, or several places in Africa that the U.N STILL has troops?? ....and with that I will bow out of this thread as I am already irritated today and I need to cool off....
