diabetics? Often, a change in lifestyle will help with Type 2 diabetes while nothing I do will help with Type 1 except to continue my insulin. Sorry if I sound bitter, not my intention, but this is just one more way that most Type 2 diabetics have to keep from taking care of their bodies. </rant>
