I've ended up doing it by hand. Toad had additional requirements I couldn't be bothered downloading over my atrociously slow work connection, and the sql diagramming tool seemed OK, but I couldn't find the table I was looking for. What especially annoys me, is I have access to 'business objects' which works beautifully, and clearly has all the information I want, but seemingly lacks the ability to output it in any useful fashion.
