Applet crashes the browser. by themadkansan2007-09-23 20:01:37
Hmm. I have that same issue if I try by radiowave911 2007-09-23 20:08:39
to access it using the web page. Of course, my FW is configured to not allow traffic originating from it's external address in, so it should prevent the applet from loading.

Whenever I have an applet problem on this system, the browser crashes. I can close it by clicking the X in the upper right, but that doesn't really close it - if I try to relaunch, I get the message that it is already running and I have to open task manager and kill it there.

I am funning FF 2.0.0.7 on Windows XP, all service packs and hotfixes installed. Not sure offhand what the Java version is, but it should be up to date.
