Cat question by oedlan2007-09-23 11:45:43
Kitties closer in age by Silverfire 2007-09-23 18:44:20
have fewer territory problems and similar energy levels which make them better play companions. Especially when young. IIRC Selma is less than a year old?

Go thru all the usual things you would when introducing another cat but don't be surprised if she's not all that happy with a new kitty in the house. At least for awhile.

Of my two older kitties it was the eldest, 14, who actually had fewer problems after we got the kitten. The middle aged one, 10,
is far more jealous of me paying attention to the kitten. Then again the kitten was supposed to be my SO's kitty not mine. *sigh*
