One of the things I need to "network" is a Texas Instruments laptop With a Pentium I and a 100 MB hard drive. The problem is, something is corrupt, probably the display driver or ASCII table. The screen is all ! characters, except where there is text, which is recognizable, but many characters are off. For example, t shows up a q. Everything else works, including DOS. I want to be sadistic and start up Windows, but I can't get to the proper directory.
