If you're looking straight at Cassiopeia, then the back of your head will be pointing at Alpha Centauri.
That is, if Isaac Asimov can be trusted to get his facts right. In one of his foundation series books, the protagonists are standing on a planet of Alpha (or Proxima, can't remember) Centauri, looking at Cassiopeia, and they mention that it consists of six stars, in a zig-zag pattern. One of them supposedly is Sol.
Oh, and you're not alone; I instantly thought of Cassiopeia too when i saw todays comic.
