kinda like with law documents and lawyers I guess.

I think that any concept can be simply explained using bullet points. Bullet point lists are underused in scientific papers. They'd make things so much more visual and easier to comprehend.

But there is a point in another post about precision. Mathematical proofs for example can be very subtle and not easy to grasp. Yet there should be examples that 'normal' readers can grasp.
