I think she failed to see the humor in that. I, however, still have a bit of a headache from being caught on the temple with the corner of said solid-core door, as I was mounting it stage-center in the doorframe. I told her I had to get these things done before the rehearsal, and that I'd call her as soon as I was done. That time came later than I'd hoped it would, and things progressed downhill rapidly from there. |
