penalty. It's fair to say he deserves to be caught. It's fair to say he should be tried, and that you'd vote guilty. But beyond that, I think the death penalty would be unreasonable. In my mind, the death penalty, if used at all, should only be used for the most extreme cases. Serial killers and their ilk. But someone like this, I wouldn't vote to execute.
