Some people deserve to be caught by hieraco2007-08-13 10:00:51

          I shouldn't get in this but ... by ChUcKAb 2007-08-13 14:27:19
As guilty as the one killed may be, it was not the killer's place to "prevent" future crime (Minority Report anyone?). Nor is it the killer's place to take something like this into his own hands. The fact that a life was taken by force by another cannot be condoned - not if you want a "civilized" society.

Now, the next part is what I believe is the complete motive of the killer: Prevention of future crime, payment for past crime, and the willingness to pay the price when convicted.

In this case, GUILTY.

I would expect no less were I the one facing this particular murder charge. I believe that I can do anything I want as long as I'm prepared to pay the price. If I don't want to pay the price, I won't do it.

Now it's time to run backups, shut down, and go home.
