A lot would depend on how well the case was presented. I would not be against ruling him not guilty by reason of insanity. However, if that defence wasn't presented or was presented poorly, and the prosecution made a solid case then I'd vote guilty. Miscarriage of justice though it may be that is how our legal system works. Just FYI; I also consider the Civil Suit against O.J. Simpson after he was found Not Guilty to be a miscarriage of justice.
