Some people deserve to be caught by hieraco2007-08-13 10:00:51
I think most every criminal deserves to be caught (n/t) by Saru2007-08-13 12:37:35
Let's say a man goes around killing children. by hadji 2007-08-13 12:45:07
He's caught, and put up for trial. The evidence against him would have made his guilt obvious and undeniable, except that it can't be submitted as it was obtained illegally. So he's found not guilty and set free.

The father of one of his previous victims later tracks him down and murders him, not for revenge so much as to prevent his murdering of would-be future victims. Only crime he's ever committed in his life.

Does he deserve to be caught?
