My aunt had criminal activity happening in the house across her street. It was mostly a chopshop, but some drugs too. For the most part, the outside looked perfectly respectable.

While I agree that for the most part, drug houses are rundown places that look like they just need to be demolished and rebuilt, not all of them do. Granted, this is usually the case in more affluent areas, but it does happen in less affluent areas (as evidenced by the area aunt lived in).
