Last time I ate in Utrecht it was just lunch (at the railway museum, quite good though). The only "restaurant" I once dined at there that I would be able to find back is the Burger King at Utrecht CS. I guess you could say that almost qualifies as "Dutch" food nowadays, but I doubt that's what you're looking for. I once had a very good Mexican meal in Utrecht though.
