I can't really disclose the exact prices, but they're not "at cost" since it's almost impossible to quantify the cost of the literally hundreds of years of research and development time that goes into each release of these products and split that amongst the copies of the product that are sold. My guess would be that the price is actually somewhat below what the actual cost to produce the product is though given that I don't think we're turning a 300% or more profit on any of our software. |
