...they're just trying to grab whatever they can. :-\| I know the major ways they can weasel out of a buyer's contract-I've watched a few dozen deals myself. It sounds like they're stretching to begin with and want the moon for a quarter. Which is just human nature but it sounds like they won't have the money to maintain the place once bought. I'd bet against their qualifying for financing.
