Was talking to a coworker today (we're in Canada) - our company has a program where employees can purchase certain MS software at a discount. Office 2007 Pro is almost $800 from the microsoft site. It's $342 in this program (cool!) Not sure if I qualify though, as a contractor. The coworker mentioned, though, that he had a friend who works at the redmond campus and was able to get him the software at the on-site store at cost. $75! So... if I end up not qualifying, I'm a-gonna start looking for a UFie who feels generous :-)
