Grrrrrr. by voxwoman 2007-08-13 08:32:34
We just got the laundry list from our buyers of their "demands"... things like "put a garage door on the garage or demolish the garage and haul away the debris"... about 50K worth of stuff. I. Don't. Think. So.

They are already getting the house for tens of thousands under market value. We are already losing money on the deal. And they have managed to anger my husband (which is not an easy thing to do).

They also said something about a leak in the heating system. WHAT LEAK IS THAT? (it doesn't leak for *us* when we have everything adjusted right! So I have no idea WTF they are talking about!!!)

I guess we'll see how badly these people want to get into the whole home ownership thing.

I hate this crap.
