It's the poor mans version of moonshine. Just squeeze all the juice into a barrel, let it turn to cider and then freeze the barrel. When it's frozen solid drill a hole up through the bottom of the barrel to the middle of the juice. Hang the barrel over a pail to collect what drips out. It's almost pure alcohol, with a hint of apple flavor. It will knock your socks off. Just don't go drinking applejack if you need to go to work sometime in the next three days.
