According to the Republic of Tea web site, 2 oz. of espresso (single shot) has 60-90 mg of caffeine, a cup of drip coffee has 60 - 180, and a cup of black tea has 25 - 110. (But I think I brew my coffee kind of weak - and I often use the "half caff" varieties.) Considering that tea is an even stronger diuretic than coffee, it's no wonder I can't drink enough tea to let the caffeine level bother me.
