in Holland..

In fact it's known that law-suits and similar situations so sour on the fact that the victim used 'excessive force' to
protect himself for example. Burglars that have been attacked by house or company holders, sued their attackers.
Heck, I'm not sure it's true, but there's the story about a burglar that successfully sued a house-owner when he broke
his leg falling out of the window of a house he was breaking in to.


By my knowledge there is no such thing in Holland as a civil arrest.
