I have several large apple trees in my backyard. by dodrian 2007-08-13 03:28:19
Apples are starting to fall off, so I'm assuming that at least some of them are ripe. I hope to make a pie/crumble later in the week when I have enough apples and time, any suggestions how to keep them?

Keep them whole in a large bag in the fridge or cuboard? Cut them up into little pieces and freeze them? Freeze them whole?
