WCG have just finished upgrading the version of AutoDock used in the FightAIDS@Home project. You don't need to do anything - the new version will be sent automatically.
This new version has various improvements, in particular support for flexible sidechains in the macromolecule. This will provide functionality needed for the next round of experiments on the HIV protease molecule.
Our new target is to reach a daily average of one million points. Tell your friends! Save the world!
