Just off the phone with my first "client". We have an assignment where someone in the unit at the hospital is pretending to be a pregnant women seeking pre-natal testing for a condition, which we have to "organise". I just had my first conversation with her. Urgh. I know things will improve from here. But gosh I feel silly for forgetting obvious things (like what risks are associated with the pre-natal test procedures) and stammering over all kinds of simple information.
