Not sold in gas stations or pharmacies near me. Non-microwaveable saran wrap is sometimes used as an alternative -- difficult to carry, but most people have a box of it somewhere at home. In terms of STDs, herpes and genital warts are the two to worry about -- also, in theory, HIV, although there are no known cases of it being transmitted by cunnilingus.
