(this is of course US only but..) I would suggest getting the number on a DO NOT CALL list and printing out the regs out for her in the US any telemarketer is REQUIRED TO 1 Give his/her name 2 Give the name of the company on behaf the call is being made 3 Give a NON 900 number the company can be contacted by 4 record FOR IMMEDIATE USE a Do Not call request (and it goes nuke if you state Your Company and any Companies You share lists with) also its additional counts if they 1 call when you are on the national do not call list 2 outside the 8am -9pm window AT THE CALLED PARTIES LOCATION 3 to a cell or other pay phone 4 to a hospital or other medical 5 to more than one line of a multi line business 6 take more than 2 seconds to get you to an operator if you really want to have fun play CFR bingo with them
