I HATE those things. My wife had to file an identity theft report because some of them got stolen out of our PO box when we were living in an apartment. Of course, we don't have CCs anymore (just check debit cards), but still, those things need to GO AWAY. There is absolutely no accountability associated with them, and it can really screw up people's credit ratings if they are stolen.
