A engineered drop would be better. However, the folk that got us into this mess would have to be the ones to design, implement and control that drop. Their primary motivation, as proven, is profit, NOT general welfare. As such, it's a absolutely safe bet that any plan they came up with would be designed to LOOK like one thing, but actually deliver another. We need to completely remove those people, and the institutions, and rebuild.
