SLOWLY begin adjusting your body clock by going to bed a little earlier each day. Avoid the temptation to go to be several hours early, no matter HOW tired you are.

Took me a week to get myself back on a sane sleep schedule. Of course, I was unemployed at the time, so it's not like I had to worry about falling asleep at work or anything. :D
