I feel your issue is legitimate. I also feel that if it were thought to be getting out of hand by the mods or Illiad beat downs would be getting handed out.

At the same time, it's also possible that with all of the other issues as of late this one has been getting ignored as it is more benign than the rest. I am inclined to suggest that you bring the issue up to the board at large so as to get the matter either settled or at least put into a framework you can deal with.

The reason I am only suggesting is because it is your decision to make, not mine. In fact I would have to recuse myself from the discussion if you were to post it because I like innuendo, it does not offend me at all. However, I was also taught to respect others feelings and since we're all sharing the same room here it is only appropriate that I at least attempt to respect yours. I can't promise I will always be successful, only that I will try. Now if Illiad sets a firm standard as a result of a board wide discussion I will abide by that, and I will hold no ill will towards you for bringing it up.
