1. Anything that *can* scroll, does.
2. Uninstalled Logitech drivers
3. Reseated Logitech wireless dongle
4. Rebooted and reinstalled Logitech drivers; got no mouse/keyboard
5. Plugged in wired mouse/keyboard; got no mouse/keyboard
6. Swapped mouse and keyboard ports; booted

Waiting for the system to boot up...
