but not necessarily correctly. His reasoning is fundamentally flawed.

He says that a universe brought forth from an intelligent creator would be fundamentally different than one that is not. How can he support that statement without assuming that this universe was NOT brought forth from an intelligent creator? How can he support that statement without assuming that he would know the workings of the mind of a supremely intelligent creator whose nature would be alien to us?
