I just advise caution. And investigation. I really think that we should know more about the Nature that we affect, before we ourselves are adversely affected. I think governments should fund more basic science. This would help universities as well, which is a good thing. The more we know, the more efficient we are - and again, that is a good thing. Respect for science, and knowledge in general, should definitely be encouraged. I think we would all be better off for it.
