for my personal site, I use godaddy since I wanted a complete cheap solution. Haven't had any complaints. For the site of a non-profit I volunteer as webmaster for, I use webmasters.com for hosting and now use R4L for domain registration since it was with the evil registrar that shall not be named before I took over the job. Been sastisfied with both as well but there are cheaper options out there than webmasters. We haven't moved hosts mostly because it would be a pain in the keester to do so for us.
