You do not state whether you are running Windows, Linux, *BSD, or several of the above....(multi-boot).
Do you have a preference as to whether this should be done while running your current OS, or after booting from a tools CD?
If you have access to Partition Magic, that's always a good choice, but there's money involved...

Spoiler: Parted Magic wins, easily. Smaller, more tools, and supported (while the other one is being orphaned, unless a new maintainer turns up...).
