Well, that post isn't bad in itself, so ..... by aix tom2007-08-08 05:29:52
Hm. I'll look it over in more detail later, but by skern2007-08-08 05:37:38
There was also a mention of the "milk evidence". by aix tom2007-08-08 07:00:52
Cool link about milk! I'm a heavy milk drinker by skern 2007-08-08 09:54:35
since childhood, and have never experienced the problems mentioned as symptoms of lactose intolerance. I have noticed that milk can help me sleep at the end of a busy day, but it has never seemed to slow me down at other times, so I think this is just the combination of fatigue and a happy belly.

I really liked the part about milk being an aid to the nourishment of brain and bones. I've never been bothered by recoil from a 12-gauge shotgun in my life, no matter how long I shoot (people who have punched me have been surprised also, as well as surgeons who have had to work on me), and I weigh about 40 pounds heavier than I look. I scoff at the tables that say you should weigh 165-175 if you are 6 feet tall. If I really got down to my lean, mean fighting trim, I'd weigh about 210 to 215. Less than that and I'd look starved.
