except you kinda expect the banks and mortgage companies to have a better perspective toward long-term trends. The crap they put out only works if you see the market climbing at something like 10% per year for the next 10 years. These braniacs HAD to know that wasn't gonna happen, and yet they did it anyway. As it is they all jumped on the bandwagon right as the growth started to slow and then hung on, as if wishing for something to be true was enough to make it happen.
