But it's still a long shot. On one hand you have a basic nutricinal factor attributing to evolution over aproximately 10,000 years. Here they postulate the same could happen to a "sense of business" in a few centuries.

I think the sense of business aquired through teaching has a more profound impact on that.

I will check out that book, when I have some time.
