draw the circles first, then check.

I thought that if you do it the 2nd way -- one at a time it's the same problem . . . I don't see how it can be different.

also .. is there a way to consider minimizing the area created by circles overlapping ? I assume this issue is to be handled during dot to graph conversion ?

thanks. Dominating set makes more sense for this one.
