Of course, the REALITY of physiology and gravity gets in the way...the fact that my goal is completely IMPOSSIBLE. So, should I continue jumping off of high places in the pursuit of a pipe-dream? Or should I ACCEPT the reality of the situation and focus my efforts on something a little more attainable?

Your ideal world will NEVER exist. Ever. You know why? Because MILLIONS of years of evolution has bred the ability to kill and the predisposition for violence into our very core. In the pursuit of your ideal world, you would have us sacrifice ourselves upon the altar pacifism to the gods of the violent predators who DON'T believe in any ideal except that which gives them power over others.

Having ideals is a Good Thing. Ignoring REALITY in pursuit of those ideals is irresponsible and dangerous.
