Now calls me, asking to calculate how much per day we charge for the service and getting very picky about it.( Came out to about 26 CENTS per day ) Since he had the service for 30 but overlaping two statements wanting to know how much he would be billed on each. When I told him he would be charged for to day he bacame upset that he would be paying for a service he did not have so he demanded requested to re-add the service and re remove it at midnight.

Then he started complaning about the 911 fees 23 CENTS per MONTH from us for the system that display the address at the 911 office and 53 CENTS per MONTH for governement to PAY the reps, computer equipement and free ambulance service. For which he asked me for information on how to complain about the fee that he is charged without his autorisation or having asked to vote on it. I told him that he was paiying $6.36 PER YEAR so that if he was laying there dying and managed to call 911 they could find him and save his life. To wich he grumbles "well I guess" GAAAHHHHH
