I'm just a little jealous. There is no 'test engineer appreciation day', while that also is a very unthankful job (hated by managers (you are always on the critical path, and basically a brake on their time-schedules) and hated by developers (you point them at their flaws), and if there is something wrong in the application, it's the fault of the tester (didn't test it well enough). But if the application works great, it's only because of the great effort by the development team, not by the diligence and watchful eyes of the testers.) :) |
