What has BASIC done to you? You're ruined for life, as Dijkstra says.

Languages have syntax - keywords, operators and grammar.
Languages have some primitive types.

Everything else is a vast library - the .NET Framework, in the case of C#.

Now, get down off your high horse, swallow your pride, and ask for help *before* wasting a whole day.

You *had* the reference manuals, and you don't seem to be able to cope with them. Google would have hooked you up with a beginners tutorial hours ago - or we would have, if you had asked.

Maybe it would help if you installed your local help properly. Reinsert the DVD and run setup again.
